Love this ride

the only thing i like about it is the fact that it has A/C

i like this ride and im 16 i think its fun but the phantom of the opera was alot better i would ride that ride so mush when i was little ...

I wish Phantom Theater was still there. I wish they would have been able to keep Phantom Theater in the park... Maybe reduce the que since it usually wasn't busy but I've noticed MANY people miss the ride. Phantom Theater was the best (never rode smurfs or enchanted voyage) but I know I don't like Scooby... I mean its a great ride, but Phantom Theater, after riding it... Rawr. Plus Scooby and Shaggy are in the MAESTROS booth. :o! AND the used the old cars (omnimover system) and the chandeliers are still there... I'm just upset about the PT removal... I think we should petition for it to come back... They have a myspace ... myspace ... /kingsislandmusic (CHECK IT OUT)

I adore this ride I've wanted Scooby-Doo dark ride at Kings Island ever since CW got one.I didnt care for Phantom Theater it wasnt fun it was a boring haunted ride but with scooby doo and the haunted castle you get interactive with your Fright Light(flashlight) It's an awsome fun ride for the whole family and is really popular the lines are long but they move fast this my favorite ride in the park and I'm 24!

I can't wait until they pull this out just like they pulled Phantom Theater out on us... I understand it was tradition; There was no warning though.
RIP Phantom Theater,
We love you too Scooby, but maybe you can someday operate with the theater crew- I think you guys would get a long well ;).

It's fun!! It's kinda like the Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin ride at Walt Disney World Resort.

Nothing surpasses Enchanted Voyage (the original). Never has been the same since that went to Theme Park heaven! Whatever happens to all the stuff inside the rides?

PHANTOM THEATER IS TOO SCARY FOR ME. IT ALWAYS WAS. I HAD NIGHTMARES EVERY NIGHT UNTIL I SAW THIS MOVIE CALLED "THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA"!

PHANTOM THEATER IS TOTTALLY WAY BETTER. I DO NOT LIKE THE SCOOBY DOO RIDE. IT IS FOR LITTLE KIDS AND NOT SCARY AT ALL. I HAD 100% SATISFACTION WITH KINGS ISLAND WHEN IT WAS THERE NOW I DONT SEE THE POINT OF GOING TO KINGS ISLAND WITHOUT THAT RIDE. WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT THEY CLOSED IT, I CRIED. WHY CAN'T YOU PUT BACK PHANTOM THEATER IT BELONGS THERE!

Bring back the Enchanted Voyage! People are missing out!

Anyway, Phantom Theater was pretty good, but it didn't fit the rest of the Kids area. Removing something like the Beast might be a reason not to visit , but not the old Phantom certainly.

I went to ki one year ago and this was my first ride I rode.

I went to KI yesterday and this was my last ride I rode. I like how u shoot the lights. Its really fun even though its in nick universe.

you wouldn't be the first... we got stuck on it and had to endure velma saying "jinkies!" for about 5 minutes. we just shot the targets for more poonts until it started again.

I don't see anything wrong with crying over the removal of the Phantom Theater, because it was not just a ride. The WHOLE THING was a work of art. The characters, the music, the cars, the setup, even while you were waiting in line it wasn't boring. R&R worked hard on it, and it showed. It was a whole experience. It truly inspired me. I was devastated when it got taken out, and I don't care for the new Scooby ride at all. It doesn't even come close to the greatness of the Phantom Theater.

Something scarys replaceing scoobydoo and the haunted house i hope its phantom theater i dont care that it gave me nightmares its was scary and dark singing and burning scooby u dont make a good dark ride ever lol i fall a sleep with u yuow so boring lol i cant wait for next year to see u gone for good

Me and my best friend think that Scooby doo and the haunted castle is our favorite ride.

I was never able to actually ride the PT. Was it any good? It looks a little weird. I like the scooby ride bc i pwn ppl at it. But srsly, dont cry over a ride. It's not like the took away the beast or anything...
At halloween haunt they had the old figures and sound playing from the ride!

We designed the Phantom Theater, R & R Designs.......I just wanted to thank everyone for their kind comments on the ride. We were hoping to upgrade the attraction and add new scenes, but the park determined to throw it out instead. I can't begin to explain the work that went into designing and creating the ride, it's sad to see it gone!
