About Me
Retired FireFighter, Hamoperator,
We accept people for who they are! Not what they are.
If your wondering about the truck, It's the first fire truck for the Town of Waterford in Connecticut where we came from; I am retired from Company 1. The truck is a 1923 Ford Model TT; 4 cyl inline; the electrical system was modified to a 12 volt system. I did a frame up restoration on it; It took me 2 years of working on it in my attic. After many tries, I finally took it to The State Fire Convention and took "Best Antique Fire Apparatus". Its' top speed is 23 mph. The two large tanks in the back of the bed are for chemicals.
The haunted house is our station emblem; "Yes it's haunted".
