If you see a post that is spam or offensive, do not reply to it, instead click on the report button at the lower left of your screen.

Thanks for the quick work of getting this carp off of the site.

Remember that us moderators can`t catch everything and are not on the site 24/7. So if you see something that is offensive or appears to be a spammer, simply click on the report button. All of us moderators will get an email about the post/topic in question and we will promptly handle the situation.

I've seen some very disturbing spam on this site. Luckily it was taken down immediately.

The mods on the board do a wonderful job all the way around, making key decisions in which topics to close, and which ones to keep open. It is not easy, and is mostly a thankless job, but they work hard to keep this a great site to visit time and time again.

I second all of this.
Ryan, Dane, and Robbie do a fantastic job of keeping the boards clean with acceptable subject matter. I realize that it is not an easy job to keep a large enthusiast forum clean, and that sometimes you guys may get yelled at when spam or other garbage is not gone in a nanosecond.

Trust me, I appreciate it, as does everyone else here. If any of you three think that your job on here is thankless, you are completely wrong.

Where did my topic go?

I made a topic about my website in the multimedia and gaming and it just disappeared. I mean I didn't just make an account to spam, I have 300 posts, and I just wanted to get the word out on my website. If this is against the TOS so be it but I just want to know what happened to it.

Unfortunately due to the fact that many of our paid sponsors are web sites we really have to draw the line somewhere in terms of people advertising for their owns sites for free...

Thank you again KIC Moderators, thank you for a job well done. Not only in keeping the spam down on this site, which I might add is most of the time offensive, vulgar, and disturbing, but as well as keeping the forums updated and monitored. Thank you again!
